SITE MANAGEMENT

FSPM were chosen to replace RMG and have since taken over the daily running & upkeep of Marks Court ​ A number of improvements & works have already taken place including:

  • ​Roof repairs
  • Bin store cleaning
  • Rubbish removal

MANAGEMENT

FSPM and the MESA Trustees are currently working together to review tendered contracts to appoint local companies to carry out the required maintenance & regulatory tasks such as:

  • ​Communal cleaning
  • Gardening
  • Fire safety
