Message from FSPM - Car Parking

To All Marks Court Owners and Residents

Parking management at Marks Court will be reinstated from Monday 1st December.

NPC, the parking management provider, has introduced a new web-based app that will allow residents to book visitor parking spaces more easily. You will receive a download link and usage instructions directly from NPC before 1 December.

To set up your access, we must share residents’ and owners’ email addresses with NPC. If you do not wish for your email to be shared, please contact me within the next five days so that alternative arrangements can be made. Residents who would prefer not to use the app will still be able to book visitor parking by email to info@nationalparkingcontrol.co.uk  or telephone on 0330 111 5888, although the app will be the quickest method.

Residents may register up to two visitors at a time, for periods of up to 72 hours.

Ahead of reinstating the system, we will be carrying out a full reset of the parking database. Some vehicles currently listed appear to belong to former residents, and there have been several instances reported of long-term parking by non-residents. Please note that parking is strictly for residents and their bona fide visitors.

To ensure accurate records, please provide the following details for your own vehicle within the next 5 days:

  • Your Name and flat Number at Marks Court and whether you are the owner or a tenant.

  • Vehicle make, model, colour, and registration number

  • Your mobile or landline number (for telephone booking access)

  • Email address(es) you wish to use for app or email bookings

Please send this information to robert@fspm.co.uk.  If you do not have access to email, and would prefer to respond in paper copy, the resident of No. 78 Marks Court has kindly agreed that responses may, on this occasion only, be dropped into their post box for us to collect.

If we do not receive these details, your vehicle may not be correctly registered and you could receive a parking charge notice.

Due to limited parking, each household may initially register one vehicle for long-term parking; a second may be approved on written/email request to this office. Owners who let their property may also register one vehicle for occasional, short-term use when visiting. Please submit the same information as above.

Thank you for your cooperation in helping us maintain a fair and effective parking system.
